Gloria Reid-Mowatt

The energetic Gloria Reid-Mowatt hails from the parish of St. James in western Jamaica where she attained her Practical Nurse certification. She has worked for over ten years in the field and has also worked as a Dental Assistant and Community Health Aide.

Gloria came to the shores of the Cayman Islands in 1997.  She has been a caregiver with Jasmine for twenty years where families and patients love her.

When she is not taking care of her patients, she spends time in her garden. Gloria values education and believes you are never too old to accomplish your dreams.  She is currently pursuing a degree in social work at the University College of the Cayman Islands.

An ardent member of the West Bay Seventh Day Adventist Church, Gloria is very involved in church activities and also serves as Sabbath School Secretary and Sabbath school teacher. Gloria is well known for being an excellent cook and has made many delicious meals for Lunch Clubs over the years.  She has a passion for fashion and for fitness, and can be seen as early as 5am jogging the roads of Cayman, which sets the pace for the day ahead.
