
Elizabeth Dikau, RN Palliative Nurse Specialist, was born in Niagara Falls, Canada. She began her nursing career in Toronto in the 1980’s, in Toronto, but tired of the winters and followed her husband to the Cayman Islands in 1990, where she began working at the George Town Hospital. Following her time there, Elizabeth then worked with a number of other health care facilities before joining Jasmine in 2004 as one of their nurses.
Elizabeth and her 2 children returned to Canada for a period, during which she completed her Palliative Care – Multidiscipline Certification at Mohawk College in Ontario. In 2016, she returned to the sun and joined Jasmine again as one of their Palliative Nurse Specialists.
She is a member of the Hospice Palliative Care of Ontario (HPCO) and a member of the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association (CHPCA).
Elizabeth is married to an accountant and proud mother to a son and daughter. With her family, she loves enjoying the seasons and the outdoors and all it has to offer, be it scuba diving in the Cayman Islands or skiing in Canada.
