Liz Watkins, originally from Zimbabwe has been in Cayman since 1996 having lived for many years in France, Botswana, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
After initially starting her career in the Central Reserve Bank in what is now Zimbabwe, she has been involved in various businesses over the years working closely with her husband, Trevor Watkins.
Liz has served on the Board of Jasmine, formally Cayman Hospice care from 2012 until 2019, and served as the Vice Chairman for 5 years. Liz has now rejoined the Board as a regular member. She has been closely involved in fundraising for Jasmine.
Liz and her husband, Trevor both play an active part in various philanthropic projects and charities both in the Cayman Islands and abroad.
